WHO WE ARE
ELITE MANPOWER & TRADING SOLUTIONS
Elite Manpower &Trading Solutions Pte Ltd (EA Licence No. 24C2137) previously known as Elite Careerlink Services Pte. Ltd. was founded by Abdul Sarhan bin Abdul Riffin, whose professional background includes service with the Singapore Police Force. The values developed through his experience — discipline, integrity, accountability and service — continue to shape Elite’s approach to recruitment and international mobility.
Since its incorporation, Elite has expanded its international network and secured manpower requirements and opportunities across Japan, Indonesia, Europe and Australia, with the goal of connecting professionals from Singapore and other source countries to opportunities around the world.
Following its integration with the Hira Taurean Group, Elite Careerlink focuses on international manpower recruitment and placement, student recruitment, work-holiday programmes, study camps, and overseas opportunities. Working alongside Hira Taurean Group and its network of education, recruitment, and employment partners, Elite connects individuals and organisations with opportunities across international markets.
Moving forward, Elite aims to continuously expand its network of destination and source countries, creating sustainable pathways for global talent mobility, education, professional development and international careers.
